A person answers.
Usually the one who built it.

Email us about anything — a render that went wrong, a billing question, a feature you need. There's no ticket robot in the middle.

How to reach us

Email, and what to put in it.

Email

aaron@pilk.ai — for everything: support, billing, bugs, press, partnerships and privacy requests. Written in English.

What to include

The name of the listing or tour, roughly when it happened, and your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About). That's usually enough to find the exact job in our logs.

Billing and refunds

Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com. Anything else about your plan, email us and we'll sort it.

Common questions

The six we get most.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you cancel with Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rendprop. The same sheet opens from inside the app under Settings → Plan & usage → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't refund an App Store purchase ourselves. Full detail is in the Terms.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your account, unpublishes your shared tour links, and deletes your listings, tours, media and enquiries, then wipes the local data on your device. It works for guest users too. One thing to remember: deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that with Apple as well. See the Privacy Policy for what's kept and for how long.

Which link do I put in the MLS?

Every tour you publish gives you two links. The branded one carries your card and the contact form — that's the one you text and post. The unbranded one has no name, no contact details, no contact form and no Rendprop branding, which is what an MLS virtual-tour field asks for. Copy it from the Share sheet on the tour. MLS rules differ by market, so check yours before you post.

How is AI-generated content disclosed?

Every AI photo edit is labelled “Virtually staged” on the published tour, and your untouched original is published beside it so anyone can compare. The AI aerial intro is disclosed as AI-generated, not drone footage. A listing's Compliance section lists every AI asset with its disclosure and can export the audit log. Any disclosure rules your MLS or local advertising rules add on top are yours to meet — the app gives you the record to do it with.

What do I need to run Rendprop?

An iPhone running iOS 16 or later. The app is free to download, and everything except publishing works without an account — record, build, edit photos and preview a tour signed out. You sign in with Apple only when you publish, because that's the step that creates the hosted link and the contact form. Scanning a room into a floor plan needs an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor; on any other iPhone you can upload a plan you already have.

A render or upload failed. What now?

Uploads resume on their own, so a dropped signal mid-upload is usually fixed by reopening the app on a better connection. A job that fails gives its allowance back. If the same walkthrough fails twice, email aaron@pilk.ai with the listing name and roughly when you tried, and we'll look at that specific job.

Legal & privacy

The short version.

Your videos and photos stay yours. We never use them for our own marketing, and never to train AI models, without your written permission. Apple takes the payment, so we never see your card details. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
